These Terms govern your access to and use of the website and any services we offer ("Services"). We are a UK-based startup currently in pre-launch (beta) phase. By visiting or using the site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. Certain features may be subject to additional terms.
Acceptance of Terms#
By creating an account, clicking an acceptance checkbox, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Eligibility: you must be legally capable of entering into contracts in the UK or your jurisdiction. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services, Access & Beta Notice#
We provide digital services as described on the site. As a pre-launch startup, features may be experimental and availability may change. We may provide access to beta features; such features may have limited or no support and may be modified or withdrawn. Access may be subject to separate terms for specific beta programs.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct#
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to abuse or misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct includes: reverse engineering, unauthorised access, transmitting malware, infringing others' rights, or using the Services to commit unlawful acts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Intellectual Property#
All content, trademarks, software and other materials on the Services are owned or licensed by us unless otherwise stated. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you upload, subject to the rights you grant to us in these Terms (e.g., for service provision and improvement).
Privacy & Data Protection#
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including UK GDPR. This section summarises key points: what we collect, lawful bases, how we use and share data, security measures, and data subject rights. For full details, consult our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.
Fees, Payments & Refunds#
Where fees apply (for future paid products), we will disclose pricing and billing terms in the relevant order form or pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply and will be charged as required by law. Payment terms, invoicing and dispute processes will be set out in the applicable agreement.
Limitation of Liability#
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses. Nothing in these Terms will limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for fraud.
Warranties and Disclaimers#
Except as expressly provided, the Services are provided 'as is' and without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Where we provide specific service-level commitments in a separate agreement, those commitments will govern.
Termination & Suspension#
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. Termination does not limit remedies available to us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and certain provisions (e.g., IP, liability, confidentiality) will survive.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction#
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Parties agree that courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. For contractual partners outside the UK, additional terms may apply and will be documented in separate agreements.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via the website or direct communication (e.g., email to account holders). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The 'Effective date' shown at the top of the page will reflect the latest revision.
